- This Fastener can be disengaged from the front of the panel using a flathead screwdriver (Size max. 7x1mm, min. 6x1mm).
- The joining of metal sheets is achieved by pressing the Fastener into the cutouts.
Materials
- Housing: zinc die, untreated
- SNAP wedges: sintered steel, zinc plated
- Leaf spring: stainless steel
Remarks
Removal: By turning the screwdriver clockwise, the SNAP wedges (2.) are retracted. a): The fastener can be pressed manually from the back of the sheet. b): The leaf spring (1.) pushes the fastener out of the rear panel. (3.) Cutout in the rear panel can also be an ablong hole for tolerance adjustment. (4.) Cutout front panel. The (S) dimension indicates the total thickness of the sheet metal panels.
