Mold-ID means the digital management of injection molding tools using RFID. Our autonomous system records all the production cycles.
Mold-ID identifies each individual mold and stores all the relevant information such as service life and maintenance limits. This enables condition-based maintenance of your molds – without the need for cumbersome and error-prone log books.
The Connected Mold-ID software also provides you with a full overview of the mold data, maintenance limits and your machine inventory. In this way Connected Mold-ID supports the planning capability and monitoring of the processes and enables the best possible utilization of your molds.
