94316-1234 EZ-FLO® Style 206 Pipe Expansion Joint
G’s Style 206 EZ-FLO® Expansion Joint with a GUARDIAN® FEP tube offers first-in-class chemical resistance paired with a proprietary mechanically bonded tube, creating the sealing industry’s strongest, safest expansion joint. Chosen and trusted when safety and reliability are paramount, this uniquely engineered sealing solution remains in service long after most competitor’s glued in liners have separated.
Style 206 spool-type non-metallic piping expansion joints are manufactured with G’s self-flushing flowing arch design, eliminating the media build up responsible for premature failure in other wide arch designs. This proprietary construction reduces fluid turbulence, often the culprit of catastrophic piping and equipment failure. Intended for use in dynamic, high-pressure applications where low spring rates and higher movements are a requirement.
The Guardian® FEP tube liner offers unmatched aggressive chemical resistance and is mechanically bonded to the rubber expansion joint, making it impervious to delamination, and reducing the occurrence of leaks and unscheduled emergency maintenance. FDA Compliant to 21CFR 177.1550.
Style 206 EZ FLO is available in the following cover material options to protect the exterior of your expansion joint: Chlorobutyl for general service, EPDM and Fluoroelastomer for UV, ozone, water impermeability and temperatures up to 300°F. Neoprene is an excellent choice for marine use, while utility grade Nitrile is perfect for oily environments.
For added durability, all G expansion joints are painted with a proprietary blue protective coating.
