The S202 series digital displays are designed for installation in front panels or control panels. With character heights of 57 mm, they can be read reliably even from a greater distance.
On the back of the device, a secondary display shows the same values as the main display. The main display does not have to be visible during commissioning and parameterization.
In menu mode, a menu appears in the secondary display. Operating modes, parameters and device functions are defined in the menu. A fixed decimal point can also be defined, as well as whether leading zeros are displayed or hidden or whether a display test is carried out after the device is switched on.
The devices with analog or counting pulse input have potential-free switching outputs.
The switching points can be set in the menu.
The devices have a voltage source to supply sensors or signal transmitters (applies to devices with analog, parallel or counting pulse input).
In addition to the numbers, the character set also contains letters and special characters that can be represented with seven segments (applies to devices with a serial or fieldbus interface).
Many dimensional characters are available. See technical data for table.
