All have built-in flash data storage capability, Ethernet communications and Compact Flash cards for data archiving. Data is stored in a tamper-proof binary format that can be used for secure, long-term storage of your process records. The 6000XIO is indeed made for today&#8217;s connected world. The 6000XIO Series can be accessed over a local network, dial-up connection, intranet, or the Internet.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Data recording and archiving<\/h2>\n<p>The 6000XIO series recorders feature internal flash memory for secure data storage. They are also able to accommodate various removable media (Compact Flash or USB Memory Stick). The data stored in the internal memory can be transferred to the removable media as needed or at preset intervals. The 6000XIO indicates how long its internal memory or removable media will last based on the recorder&#8217;s configuration.<\/p>\n<p>All 6000XIO devices have Ethernet communication. Depending on their configuration, they transfer the data to the removable medium and\/or via Ethernet.
