The controller’s modular hardware includes two control outputs, two alarm relays and a communication module.<\/p>\n
The outputs are configurable for heating, cooling or alarm. All instruments are fully configurable on site.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Modular outputs for heating and cooling are available along with a choice of one or two alarm relay outputs. The 1\/8 and 1\/4 DIN format devices have two digital outputs for selecting automatic\/manual transmission, standby, second setpoint or alarm confirmation.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Digital communications using industry standard protocols, including Modbus and DeviceNetTM, are available for easy connection to control and data acquisition systems.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
For heating applications, the controllers can be programmed using the internal ramp generator and dwell timer.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
By using the advanced load current monitoring function, ammeters are no longer required. The heating current can be displayed and short circuits and partial load errors can be detected.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
