Due to the high degree of configuration options, the 2704 offers many functions that are otherwise only found in programmable logic controllers (PLC). This enables system solutions that include not only process control but also control functions of individual system components, thus ensuring greater system transparency and reducing overall system costs.<br \/> The configuration can be carried out via the user interface on the device or via the iTools configuration software.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>High precision process input<\/h2>\n<p>If you cannot make accurate measurements, precise control is not possible. The 2704 offers a typical resolution of 0.25uV, making it ideal for semiconductor, vacuum heat treatment and research applications.
