The structure is modular, DC-coupled and can therefore be tailored to the respective requirements. The H6 CONTROL UNIT is used for the decentralized control of an H6 device network via EtherCAT. The H6 control module can take over the control of a complete system or can also be used as a subordinate control or as a gateway between an external fieldbus and the system bus. An integrated 24V power supply supplies the internal 24V bus. In addition to the real-time capable EtherCAT master, a CAN master and various slave interfaces (CANopen, PROFIBUS, PROFINET RT, Interbus, EtherCAT, POWERLINK slave) are optionally available.
