The AI in the vision sensor of the IV2 model series is specifically designed for presence and difference testing. Users simply need to register an OK and NG product image to complete the setup. Brightness, focus and detection are automatically configured by the AI, making it easy to set up without requiring any special knowledge of image processing. The setting processes can be carried out using a small evaluation unit with an integrated high-performance CPU, making a separate PC unnecessary. The IV2 series also offers the same ease of use as the IV series, including intuitive operation with a compact evaluation unit and touchscreen monitor, as well as immediate OK/NG notification via the highly visible LED on the sensor head.
