The data is saved in a binary format with checksum (UHH file) in the built-in memory. Flexible archiving strategies ensure long-term availability and analysis of data at all times. Thanks to flexible base sizes and individual selection of input/output modules, the device is extremely versatile and can be ideally adapted to any application. A wide range of software functions including batch monitoring, math functions, totalizers, communication channels and audit trail provide optimal functionality.
Digital signature and password monitoring capabilities, compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, are also available. An upgrade of the software and hardware is possible at any time. As the requirements of the process increase, the versadac grows at any time.
Versadac loggers easily integrate into larger systems via Modbus master or slave communication options. The modular accessories can be positioned flexibly in the system, so that installation and wiring costs are reduced to a minimum.
The recorder is set up very easily using the PC software iTools. The configuration can be saved and reused, so that the exchange and configuration of modules requires little effort and engineering costs. Once installed, the recorder can be viewed and managed anywhere on the network. The recorded data can be automatically archived on a predefined FTP server.
