Description
Since the development of digital data recorders, it has been possible to use the output of the recording device to automate the creation of the report. In this way, the entire process of accrediting your thermal processing equipment becomes more efficient.
The new package, in conjunction with Eurotherm Report Software, automates the creation of test reports by combining the secure .uhh file of a field test instrument with the data management of Eurotherm Review. In this way, reports are created directly that meet the requirements of AMS 2750F.

The report is created in two ways:
Settings mode (“Setup mode”)
In setting mode, the engineering services provider or supervising quality authority can determine the range of temperature uniformity tests for a specific furnace or part of a thermal processing system.
The user is prompted to complete a series of test-specific pages related to the thermal processing equipment being tested, such as test criteria for field test instruments, probes, and required setpoints.
In setting mode, the TUS Auto Report Generator can also be customized by third-party accreditation service providers. Notes on the setting can be entered directly into the report, in a mix of fixed and free format fields.
Reporting mode
Reporting mode creates an auditable report by linking criteria entered during setup to a generated .uhh data file from a field test instrument.
The report can then be printed either as a summary with graphs or as actual results in table format. The report includes furnace overshoot and undershoot information along with user instructions for actions during the test and a pass/fail acceptance form. The report can be recreated at any time without damaging the core data. All you have to do is redefine the test setup criteria and create the report again.
The report can be used with up to 15 test probes and up to 7 test setpoints (in one workspace). It is possible to append additional details for separate zone instruments and controller performance to the report to create reports for multi-zone furnaces.

To create the report, the user must have the Eurotherm Report and TUS Auto Report Generator installed on the relevant PC and have either a local or remote connection to the required Eurotherm Review database.

This order comes with two CDs: CD 1 Eurotherm Report, CD 2 Temperature Uniformity Survey Auto Report Generator
The TUS Auto Report Generator is sold as a single user license, but the TUS Excel template can be transferred to other devices at the same location.
All devices running TUS Auto Report Generator must have a single-user license for Eurotherm Report.
For additional devices at the site, Eurotherm Report can be ordered subsequently using the item number 6000PLUS/REPORT.
