Menu-guided parameterization

In menu mode, a menu appears on the display. Operating modes, parameters and device functions are defined in the menu.

Data interfaces

The devices support data interfaces for industrial communication: fieldbuses, serial and parallel interfaces.

Compact design

The devices are characterized by a compact design with a minimal installation depth.

Text storage

Fixed texts can be stored in the internal text memory and can be accessed via an address. This operating mode is advantageous when recurring texts are displayed (except for devices with a Profibus interface).

Line-selective control

Longer texts are automatically written across all lines and scrolled in the display (paging). If the lines are to represent independent texts, they can be controlled selectively (not in conjunction with a parallel data interface).
