Optical coordinate measuring system LM series

The LM series optical coordinate measuring system carries out measurements with an accuracy of +/- 0.7 μm and a repeatability of +/- 0.1 μm at the push of a button. The integrated high-resolution lens with autofocus enables measurements in the Z axis. With a measuring range of 225 x 125 mm, up to 300 measurements can be taken on 100 components. Various lighting options ensure stable edge detection, making microscopically accurate measurements possible at the push of a button.
