The XT series is a high-precision, multispectral 2D and 3D image processing system. The most advanced technology enables stable inline 3D inspections without additional movement of the camera or component with an image field of up to 60mmx60mm. Two camera models equipped with a 10 megapixel image sensor and a telecentric lens measure repeatably up to 0.5 µm. The images are created from over 136 individual frames in only 0.6s of downtime. In addition to generating precise 3D image data, the 2D image is illuminated with three color channels to enable simultaneous inspection of 2D features in an RGB color space.
