The XG-7000 series image processing system supports 14 matrix camera types from 0.31 to 5 megapixels and uses a wide range of algorithms to perform a variety of inspection tasks. Unlike smart cameras, the XG-7000 series is able to synchronize camera and lighting processes as well as inspection algorithms without additional hardware. It is equipped with the highly robust ShapeTrax™ 2 search algorithm, which enables excellent detection performance and responsiveness for a wide range of test objects and conditions.
