Description
The DIN-A-MITE® B is a cost-effective, extremely compact and versatile solid-state electric heater controller. DIN-A-MITE B capabilities include single-phase and three-phase zero-cross switching up to 40 and 22 A respectively at 600VAC (see nominal curve). The design of the electric heat controller includes proper heat dissipation and connections that simplify integration into applications. DIN rail and cabinet mounting is standard for this electric heat controller. The DIN-A-MITE regulator is also mercury-free. Versions with variable time base, 4-20 mA process control or VAC/VDC input contactor are available. A silicon rubber thyristor short circuit alarm function is also available. All configurations are model number dependent and factory selectable. This power regulator also includes a 200kA Short Circuit Current Rating (SCCR) tested up to 480VAC with appropriate fuse to prevent arcing.
