The VHX-970F series combines viewing, image capture and measurement functions in one system. This basic model makes frequently used functions of the digital microscope easy to use and accessible regardless of the user. It covers all the basic features of digital microscopy, including a high depth of field and free angle viewing, which allows observation from any angle as well as panning around the object.
Like other KEYENCE digital microscopes, the VHX-970F series is equipped with various illumination functions as well as a depth composition and 3D display function that produces fully focused images even of objects with uneven surfaces.
