Confocal 3D laser scanning microscope model series VK-X

The VK-X series confocal 3D laser scanning microscope is equipped with two light sources, a laser light source and a white light source. By quickly scanning the surface in three axis directions, this series provides high horizontal resolution images and height measurement. This scanning process ensures high magnification and high resolution images. By using white light, the microscope can capture color information from the object’s surface, capturing a meaningful color image. The VK-X series features a 404 nm violet laser and a 661 nm red semiconductor laser. Observation, measurement and analysis can be carried out using the properties of the respective wavelength according to the application.
