Clip-on flow sensor model series FD-X

The clip-on flow sensors of the FD-X series can be easily installed from the outside of the pipe and detect flow rates up to 0.1 mL/min (and shot or small dosage quantities up to 0.001 mL). The sensor does not come into contact with the media to be detected, avoiding problems such as pressure loss and clogging. The non-contact design also means that the device is not affected by the properties of the fluids (e.g. viscosity). Even coating/filling applications of grease, adhesives, lubricants, sealants, chemicals and other liquids are possible with the FD-X series. The design also prevents pressure drops, allowing flow measurement to occur without adverse effects on equipment conditions, such as: B. jet and spray functions, is possible. In addition, the clamping technology offers the advantage that no processing or modification of the pipes is required.
