Monitoring the lifespan of thermocouples
The 6180 AeroDAQ offers lifetime
Monitoring functionality based on AMS 2750F, paragraph 3.1.5 and 3.1.5.3. Both usage and days remaining are taken into account to ensure that thermocouples do not exceed their maximum lifespan as specified by AMS 2750F.
Automatic scheduling
Using a furnace when it has exceeded the allowable calibration, TUS (Thermal Uniformity Surveys) or SAT period may result in audit failure and financial loss.
The 6180 AeroDAQ generates notifications about due dates for
