2D/3D laser profile sensor model series LJ-V7000

Capture and measure profiles in 2D or 3D at the highest speed. By recording profile data at up to 64 kHz, even fast processes in production can be checked in a 100% control. By recording height data, components and features can be inspected that were difficult to capture with a conventional camera due to low contrast. This is made possible by a blue laser paired with a specially developed CMOS. This is characterized by a large dynamic range and enables different surface types and colors to be captured stably in just a single shot. Since the measuring heads of the LJ-V7000 series are also compatible with the control units of the LJ-X8000 series, this results in maximum flexibility. This system allows you to carry out 2D measurements at high speed through to complex 3D evaluations. The operation is kept simple and can be easily carried out even by non-image processing experts.
