A setpoint programmer offering up to 20 programs with 16 segments each is available.
The controllers are designed for a selection of plug-in modules as well as for heating, cooling and process outputs, analogue feedback, a second process value input and an external setpoint.
Precise regulation
A proven PID control algorithm offers stable, “straight” control of the process. A one-shot tuner is available to automatically set the PID parameters and cutback values and to calculate the parameters. In addition, adaptive parameter adjustment changes the parameters according to the changing process characteristics.
Alarms
Up to 4 process alarms can be combined on one output. The alarms can be configured as high or low full range alarms, control deviation alarms, gradient alarms or load error alarms.
Digital communication
The controllers are available with 2-wire EIA485, 4-wire EIA422 or EIA232. The supported industry standard protocols are: Modbus, DeviceNet®, Profibus DP and Eurotherm® Bisynch.
