The Allgaier Automotive division defines itself as a system supplier for the international automotive industry. Accordingly, the division, which has locations in the south and east of Germany, in France, Mexico and China, has a global outlook that combines maximum flexibility with high quality standards, uniformly maintained all over the world.

Some of the division’s core competencies include a tool and die, and a special die shop, press shop operations, the development, testing and manufacturing of fuel tank systems, and operations related to its Car Body business unit. Within this context, Allgaier is able to offer extensive know-how and decades of experience working with materials ranging from aluminum and deep-drawing steels to high-strength steels.

The division is also ready for the future with technologies such as battery housings for hybrid and electric vehicles and its revolutionary Variotempo cold forming process, which is patented worldwide.

Extensive experience makes the Allgaier Process Technology division the preferred partner when it comes to anything related to process engineering and technology.

With its Allgaier, Mogensen, Gosag, and Mozer brands and a worldwide presence in over 40 countries, the division supplies both standard and custom built systems for industrial washing, drying, cooling, screening, and sorting applications for all types of bulk material.

The division supplies more than 30,000 worldwide customers from the processing industry with custom-tailored and innovative solutions that are based on industry-leading experience derived from well over 45,000 series of tests.

From development to production, the Allgaier-Group works closely together with its customers. In fact, around 1,700 team members use their know-how and experience every day to meet the strict quality expectations of their customers and their global operations. The result?
