The industrial inkjet printer of the MK-U series has automatic rinsing cleaning. Conventional continuous inkjet printers (CIJ) require daily print head cleaning by the user. During continuous operation, it is unavoidable that ink deposits on the components of the print head. This contamination clogs the nozzle, impairs its function and leads to poor quality printing results. The user can conveniently start the automatic flushing cleaning via the control panel, which automatically cleans all internal parts of the print head. This reduces the amount of solvent required by approx. 70% and avoids direct contact with it.
