High-speed 2D optical micrometer model series TM-3000

The TM-3000 series of optical 2D micrometers were the first to enable inline dimensional accuracy testing via projection. These are measuring systems that can be used both inline and offline to simultaneously measure the outside diameter or height differences at several points. The bright LED and the double telecentric optical system offer a repeatability of ±0.15 μm. Maximum outside diameters, angles, etc. can be measured instantly as areas and not points are measured. In addition, more accurate measurements are possible because they can be automatically corrected by determining the orientation of the measuring object. The processor for fast two-dimensional processing, the high-speed CPU and two DSPs for image processing enable parallel processing, which enables fast measurement. Various dimensional accuracy tests are possible through combinations of 15 basic measurement modes and 8 auxiliary measurement modes.
