Image-based height comparison sensor model series IX

With the IX Series image-based height comparison sensor, a height measurement can be performed anywhere within the detection area. Thanks to camera-based image recognition, the height of the measuring points can be recorded even if test objects are not perfectly aligned on the production line. The height at which the laser hits the test object varies if the test object is tilted or tilted. However, the IX series can detect the height difference from a reference point. In a production line, a single Model IX Series height comparison sensor can be used not only to check the presence of components, but also to perform fit checks and other height-based inspections.
