Vision sensor model series IV

The IV Series is KEYENCE’s best-selling vision sensor, proven to be highly effective due to its internal illumination and easy setup. Color, shape and edge-based differentiation as well as character recognition (OCR) are among the tools available to create programs suitable for the respective application. Thanks to the automatic brightness adjustment and high-precision autofocus, the user only needs the compact monitor to set up the tools. The compact head is also equipped with bright Hi-R lighting. The compact devices can be installed almost anywhere and the integrated lighting ensures bright, even illumination of the entire field of view. This guarantees stable detection. The sensor head product range includes ten different models that meet different requirements for detection, distance, field of view and object size.
