Application
The control flaps are used to adjust the quantity of cold/warm air supply to air consumption devices and to throttle flue gas in exhaust pipes. The SVH control damper is suitable for applications up to 450 °C. The SVHT can be used at a media temperature of up to 650 °C.
For greater control accuracy, SVHT control valves can be used with reduced nominal diameter (reduced by one or two nominal diameters). This means that reducers are not necessary.
The desired volume flow is set via the flap position with an opening angle between 0° and 90°.
The control flaps have a smooth-running flap disc. The flap disc of the SVHT control flap is also available with a penetrating sealing system to reduce the minimum volume flow when the flap is closed.
