Application
The control flaps are used to adjust the quantity of cold air supply to air consumption devices for flue gas in exhaust pipes. The SVA series control dampers are suitable for air up to 100°C. For greater control accuracy, the control dampers with a reduced nominal diameter (reduced by one or two nominal diameters) can be used. This means that reducers are not necessary.
The desired volume flow is set via the flap position with an opening angle between 0° and 90°.
The control flaps have a smooth-running flap disc. The flap disc of the SVA control flap is also available with a penetrating sealing system to reduce the minimum volume flow when the flap is closed.
