3D printer series AGILISTA

High-precision and easy-to-use 3D printer that is ideal for product development and fixture construction with its accuracy and stable printing material. The AGILISTA uses inkjet technology to enable high-resolution printing with a layer thickness of 15 μm and to produce very stable components. This combination of precision and stability enables use in development and device construction. The parts are printed so precisely that they can be assembled easily and precisely. The acrylic material used in the AGILISTA is extremely resilient and not brittle because it contains urethane. It is so flexible that no cracks form even when screwing in screws. KEYENCE has successfully developed a water-soluble support material. The support material can be completely removed from even the smallest gaps – no chemical additives necessary.
