Thermally protected
The motor and drive are thermally protected by a timer that automatically switches off the power after 30 seconds if the desired speed cannot be reached.
High short-term torque up to 30 seconds
The drives deliver up to 150% of the preset current for up to 30 seconds, enabling high short-term torques during acceleration, etc.
Overspeed/overcurrent protection
Independent controls of current and speed control loops through external inputs enable applications for torque and speed control or overcurrent protection.
The request signal can come from a potentiometer with 0-10V or 4-20mA. Either armature voltage or a shaft-mounted tachometer can be selected as the speed feedback signal.
